Council Meeting Update
We are very grateful to Vice Mayor Kyle Stone and Council Members Laurie Brandon and Molly Young. Thanks to their vision and to their steadfast commitment to the long term interests of the Village, the agenda item to authorize the initiation of the process to sell Village land was defeated. Laurie proposed the successful motion in opposition, it was seconded by Kyle and supported by Molly.
Please thank Laurie, Kyle, and Molly for their support for preserving Village-owned land and for prioritizing natural, green space!
We are likewise very grateful to the residents of Tequesta who mobilized for this issue and shared concern for the Village, communicated with the Council, and showed up at the Council meeting. Your action was essential.
